The Digital Property Group was the parent company of FindaProperty.com, Primelocation.com, and Globrix, leading property portals in the UK. In 2012, the company merged with Zoopla, forming the Zoopla Property Group.
The Role
Colin spent much of his early career at the Digital Property Group, where he held a variety of positions, including telesales, business development, sales management, operations management, and business intelligence. His experience spanned several mergers and acquisitions.
Key M&A Highlights:
- 2006: Primelocation was acquired by DMGT for £48M.
- 2008: Primelocation merged with FindaProperty.com to form the Digital Property Group.
- 2011: Digital Property Group merged with Zoopla to create Zoopla Property Group.
This period provided Colin with diverse and invaluable experience in sales, operations, and business growth.
